Terms of service

La3younak sells goods and services that are delivered to people in Syria: food baskets, gifts, mobile top-ups, bill payments and property check visits. We do not transfer money and we never hand cash or vouchers to recipients.

You pay in advance by card. For items with an estimated price we charge the estimate plus a buffer; after the receipts are checked, anything not spent returns to your wallet. We never charge more than you authorized without asking you.

We deliver in the window you choose where we can. If a delivery fails (for example, nobody is home), we contact you to rearrange it.

Every order comes with proof: photos, receipts and the recipient's confirmation code. Photos of the recipient are only taken if you allowed it.

You can report a problem within 48 hours of delivery. We review it with the proof and refund or credit you when we got it wrong.
