Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel an order until our agent starts working on it. Paid orders are refunded in full when you cancel in time.

Unspent buffer from estimated items is returned to your wallet automatically once the receipts are checked.

Wallet credit can be used for your next orders. Ask us if you prefer a refund to your card.

If something went wrong, report it within 48 hours of delivery from the order page.

Refunds to cards take as long as your bank needs, usually 5 to 10 days.
