Privacy policy

We collect what we need to deliver your orders: your email, optionally your phone, your recipients' names, phone numbers and addresses, your orders and payments, and your messages to our team.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

Proof photos and receipts are private: only you and our team can open them, through links that expire after a few minutes.

Proof media is deleted after 180 days, except when it is part of an open dispute.

Your recipients are other people: please only add them if they agree, and choose whether they may appear in photos.

You can download all your data, or delete your account, from your account page at any time. Orders and payments are kept without your personal details because accounting rules require it.

We send you messages by email and, if you verified your phone, by WhatsApp. Recipients get WhatsApp or SMS messages about their delivery.

The data controller, contact address and your full rights under the GDPR will be listed here before launch.
